Refund Policy
PlainSight Ready is a monthly digital software subscription for business use.
Change of mind
We do not provide refunds where you have changed your mind, selected the wrong product, decided you no longer need the product, or have not used it after delivery.
Problems with the product
If PlainSight Ready has a problem, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess the issue. We may ask for screenshots, error details, the browser being used and confirmation that the supplied templates and instructions were followed.
Major problems
If the product has a major problem under the Australian Consumer Law—for example, it is materially different from its description, cannot be used for its represented purpose and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, or would have stopped a reasonable purchaser from buying it had they known about the problem—you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
Minor problems
If the problem is minor, we will first try to rectify it within a reasonable time. This may involve supplying corrected files, replacement files, instructions or another reasonable fix. If we cannot or do not fix the problem within a reasonable time, additional remedies may be available under the Australian Consumer Law.
